Safehaven wants YOU to join us in seeking God in an honest and authentic environment with like-minded LGBT individuals. Whether it is to study scripture, reconcile faith and sexuality, or simply to hang out and share both the happy and sad times with each other, Safehaven aims to provide a safe space for the expression of our lives and passions. We hope YOU will journey together with us through life, and partake in the shared discovery of God's meaning and purpose for us.

Safehaven is a group of diverse Christians who have been gathering since 1998 for prayers, community and sharing. We are of different age groups, backgrounds and religious traditions.

As a community we provide an alternative Christianity in an inclusive, welcoming and tolerant environment through Christ-centered activities, such as:

1. Ecumenical welcome
2. Bible studies and retreats
3. Fellowship, celebration and worship

Safehaven is gay affirmative and provides a platform for gay, lesbian and bisexual Christians to develop their spirituality, particularly those with faith-sexuality conflicts.
